Drako.com.pk respects the intellectual-property rights of game developers, publishers, creators, copyright holders, and other rights owners.
This Copyright Policy explains how rights holders can report material that they believe infringes their copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
References to “DMCA” are provided for users or rights holders seeking a DMCA-style notice-and-takedown process. They should not be interpreted as a representation that every provision of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act necessarily applies to Drako or every user.
Respect for Copyright
Drako is an independent Android gaming website.
Game names, trademarks, application icons, screenshots, artwork, videos, logos, promotional materials, and other intellectual property referenced on Drako may belong to their respective developers, publishers, creators, or other rights holders.
We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears or is referenced on Drako.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise legally entitled to act concerning protected material and believe content available through Drako infringes your rights, you may submit a copyright complaint.
Please send the request to:
Email: Admin@drako.com.pk
Using a clear subject such as “Copyright Removal Request” can help us identify your request.
Information to Include
To help us investigate efficiently, your notice should include:
- Your full name and appropriate contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material.
- Identification of the material on Drako that you believe infringes your rights.
- The exact URL or URLs where the material appears.
- A reasonable explanation of your ownership or authorization to act for the rights holder.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized or infringing.
- A statement that the information submitted in your notice is accurate.
- Any other information reasonably necessary for us to understand and evaluate your request.
Where legally required, additional statements, verification, or a physical/electronic signature may be necessary.
What Happens After a Complaint
When we receive a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may review the identified material and surrounding circumstances.
Depending on the situation, we may request additional information, remove or restrict access to material, remove or modify links, contact the relevant party, preserve relevant records where appropriate, or decline requests that do not provide sufficient grounds for action.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee automatic removal. Each request may be reviewed based on the information provided and applicable circumstances.
False or Misleading Claims
Please do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive copyright complaints.
A person making a copyright complaint is responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the information they provide.
Developers and Publishers
We encourage game developers and publishers to contact us if they believe their game, branding, screenshots, description, download information, or other protected material is being used improperly.
Where a legitimate issue is identified, we aim to address it appropriately.
Trademarks
Copyright and trademark rights are different.
If your concern relates specifically to a trademark, brand name, logo, impersonation, or misleading representation rather than copyright, clearly identify this in your message so we can evaluate the issue appropriately.
No Affiliation Implied
References to Android games, developers, publishers, trademarks, or third-party products on Drako do not by themselves imply that the relevant rights holder sponsors, endorses, owns, or is officially affiliated with Drako.
Repeat or Serious Infringement
Where appropriate and technically applicable, Drako may restrict or remove content associated with repeated or serious intellectual-property violations.
